Lutra is European Otter so could be quality related (not sure). Unfortunately some nicks and minor moth + stain issues but didn't pay much for it. I think it has a nice look brim up. Same seller as the TONAK Zephyr Seal Velour. European Otter (Lutra) Update 08/07/14 I was looking through some of my hats that have welted edges and I discovered that this hat has a felted edge.
