I am not sure who made it (afraid to disturb the sweat) but I like the rustic look of the weave and the bow design / execution. Probably pre WWII. It's a Wool Felt that wears very soft + light and is in very good condition. Not sure what company made it for Carl Zeumer Magazin Zum PFAU.
