  1. Dear Madam, dear Sir, I have some historical questions: My grand-father , Adolf Keinert (1879-1966) lived in Novy Jicin between the two world wars and worked at the Hückel Company as a director (I believe). I am living in Brussels, where I am born, and I am now writing the history of our family, who moved a lot during the first part of last century, losing important documents. I don’t know if TONAK has kept the archives of the company and if it would be possible to verify when my grand-father worked there and what was his position? It would be very kind if you could take the time to help me or to give me the name of a person who could. I would be very grateful for that! Another question : in the middle of the 19th century, the Hückel fabric has been equiped with steam machines. Would it be possible to know from where these machines came? Because my great-great-grandfather Joseph Ruston had a company nearby Prag (Ruston and Co - from 1854 till 1869) making lots of steam engines for the industry in central Europ. It could be that some machines came from there? Best regards, Béatrice Ruston
