Bronnold Fedora (late 1950s early 1960s)

This one is new old stock but had a little damage to the felt and stitching (removed) on the upper part of the ribbon. It must have been sandwiched between other hats. It has a nice sewn in liner and very nice sweat. Also sold out of shop (Spezialhaus Hertlein) in Erlangen.

I found this photo on an old Schachthut from a past auction.

"Schachthut, Bavaria, around 1860-80

black felt, the bottom edge of black patent leather, gold-plated front, bekränztes emblem with crown, sides, blue-white cockade with most original blue-white plume, inside blue lining and a stamped emblem and fortune in gold on and paper label by M. Bronnold Hutfabrik, Amberg."

Bronnold "Edel - Echt Velour, Sekunda" possibly mid 1950s.  The Velour easily dry creases and is of medium weight.  The bow is slightly offset so that adds a bit of uniqueness. Also a wide Brim with a lower Crown profile.
