habigman
Anton Peschel Neutitschein Here are an addtional collection of old (probably 1930s and older) hat liner print plates (17 pieces) from the Czech Republic. They were found near Štramberk which is a short distance from Nový Jičín (Neutitschein) where Johann Hückel´s Söhne, Anton Peschel and Brüder Böhm were located. Remarkably this is the identical liner logo that appears in Alan's Oviatts Los Angles "Oviatt Model" - Anton Peschel "Service" Velour! Brüder Böhm Neutitschein Probably Brüder Böhm Neutitschein or Anton Peschel Neutitschein B Benzler "Vienna Quality", this is most likely for the American market, thinking Anton Peschel Neutitschein but could be Brüder Böhm Neutitschein

Inc. New York. He was the American representative for Brüder Böhm. In special cases he used his trademark. A large part of the import business was with Jobbers. It was very difficult importing hats / felt because of trade issues of the time. All three of the Nový Jičín (Neutitschein) hat companies were suppliers (hats and felt (Hoods, Capelines), machinery, accessories) to American hat companies including The American Hat Company and Stetson. I have more information on my site regarding Frank Allaire Co. Inc. New York under Brüder Böhm. Dalton Hats "American Style", probably Brüder Böhm Neutitschein or Anton Peschel Neutitschein.
